TEMPE, Ariz. - Take advantage of a volunteer opportunity to support a
special-needs athlete.



Volunteer Resources for the City of Tempe is organizing a buddy bowling
league for special-needs athletes. Volunteers are needed to serve as the
team captain, scorekeeper and team cheerleader.



The program will run from 9:30 a.m. to noon on Saturdays, Jan. 14
through April 1, at the Tempe Village Bowling Center, 4407 S. Rural Rd.
